Lunar Salutations Capricorn Edition

Join me to bring in this capricorn full moon as we focus on releasing any emotions or limiting beliefs that keep us from holding ojurselves accountable. You need a journal, a candle, and a quiet place to sit. If you have parchment paper that is great as well or bay leaves. We will be focusing on how to focus on energy as we transcend karmic emotional cycles, ways to hold ourselves accountable for duty, routine, and growth, and the importance of putting our best feet forward in all that we do which starts with believing in our capabilities.  We will go through a group jornaling and share, divination, a burn and release ceremony, and a guided meditation all centered around the current astrological aspects and the work of this full moon.
